d-nvest, operated by d-nvest Ltd (Ireland), is a B2B data-intelligence software service. It discovers, qualifies and presents Data & AI opportunities found in publicly available sources, and packages them into reports. The service is provided on an informational and decision-support basis.

d-nvest is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or trading, Forex or cryptocurrency platform, and does not provide any regulated financial, investment, legal or tax service. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. d-nvest never collects deposits and never manages or invests funds on your behalf. The term “invest” refers to investing in data and information, not in financial markets.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you register.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempt to disrupt or overload the platform, no scraping or automated access beyond what is expressly permitted, and no use that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

Opportunities are discovered from public web sources and scored automatically. While we strive for relevance, d-nvest does not warrant that the information is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying information before acting on it; each report links back to its public sources for that purpose.

The d-nvest platform, brand, interface and generated reports are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

Certain features may be offered as paid plans. Applicable prices, billing terms and any subscription conditions are presented at the point of purchase. Payments, where applicable, are processed by third-party payment providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, d-nvest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or decisions taken on the basis of information provided through the service.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR). Cookies and analytics are used on an opt-in basis as described in our cookie banner.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
